We help solve the everyday problems that can change everything

I didn’t serve in the military, but service has always been close to my family. My father, grandfather, and grandmother served. So did my wife’s father, grandfather, and brother. Our family has a deep love for anyone who answered that call.

I work in real estate and as an executive producer with a film company. While working on a film about a veteran, our conversations kept returning to one question: what could we build that would truly help?

We saw a gap. Many organizations step in when a need is catastrophic. Far fewer are built for the smaller, everyday financial struggles—a broken vehicle, a failed furnace, or a home a wheelchair cannot safely enter. Those problems may sound ordinary, but solving one can change a veteran’s life.

We chose the word “Nominate” because people wanted a place to speak up. They wanted to tell us about a veteran who made an impact on them, and about a veteran who needed someone in their corner.
